At Brennan & Nielsen Law Office, in Lincoln, I work exclusively as a lobbyist for companies and organizations that have an interest in legislation or regulatory changes in Nebraska. I monitor the daily legislative activity at the Nebraska Legislature, reporting regularly to clients who have a stake in the outcome of the legislature's actions. Most days, I can be found at the legislature, monitoring the activity or meeting with senators to present client concerns.

I bring extensive experience in the insurance industry as well as 10 years of work with governmental policy and legislation to my practice. I also understand that the best approach to working with the Nebraska Legislature is to bring the senators a positive, clear and strong message. I work hard to understand each of my clients' industry concerns so that I may represent their needs in such a manner to the senators.

I take pride in my personal approach to my work as a lobbyist. Through my years of experience I have come to know the 49 senators who make up the Nebraska Legislature and I understand how they work. When the legislature is in session I am there every day, monitoring bills, conducting research and speaking with the senators.

I am able to provide legislative and regulatory services to all types of companies and organizations and have worked extensively with the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. I have been designated a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and understand the unique issues facing the insurance industry, which allows me to represent my insurance clients effectively.
